To help high school students prepare for college, Wilmington University
will offer classes for high school juniors and seniors at five locations
across Delaware in the fall 2013 and spring 2014. Eligible students
will receive a 100% tuition scholarship for the classes. This is a
chance for eligible students to earn college credit and experience a
college course all while saving money on tuition.
To qualify for the courses, students must be a Delaware junior or senior
in September 2013, have at least a 3.2 cumulative GPA, and must attend
an information session along with a parent or guardian. Students will
be responsible for only application and registration fees of $60 and any
text book fees.
Dates and locations of MANDATORY information sessions:
- Thursday, May 9th at 6 PM, New Castle Campus (Route 13)
- Tuesday, May 14th at 6 PM, Dover Campus
- Monday, May 27th at 6:30 PM, Dover Campus
- Wednesday, May 29th at 6:30 PM, New Castle Campus
