DSA Club Registration Form Now Available

JDHS clubs that wish to receive funds from DSA need to establish membership in the DSA.

Membership benefits for organizations are contingent on the following:

  • In order for an organization to be considered for funding, the organization must establish membership in the DSA a minimum of two weeks in advance of any funding request.
  • All organizations requesting funds are expected to assist with the Concessions stands on at least two occasions.  Concessions are a year round function and require the commitment of at least 1 adult and 5 or more students depending on what function is being supported.
  • All requests for funds must be in writing, and will be voted upon by the registered members of the DSA.
